My wonderful husband also does volunteer work for the Turtle Patrol 

But I don't think he has near as much fun as I do!!  He's not a morning person but wanted to volunteer so he does  the maintenance on the ATVs.

The turtle patrol purchases their ATVs with funding from donations and fun raisers.  As we wouldn't be able to do the patrols without them, it is very important to keep them running.  The salt air and water along with running them every day can take a toll.

My wonderful husband got up at 5 am and went on patrol with me one morning - to see what we did first hand.....

I forgot to tell him we had a lot of nests to clean that day.  Guess I should have felt bad, with this being his first turtle outing and all :-)
